Response to unauthorised use of copyright

Following a report in the Daily Mail and several subsequent press enquiries, we have been made aware of the unauthorised use of Myriam Girard Lingerie copyrighted material, featuring Xenia Tchoumitcheva, by a New York Escort agency.

We would like to make clear that we in no way condone this use and are investigating what action we can take to prevent our images being used in this manner now and in the future.

My Lingerie Fashion Show & Parisian Couture Salon

Last week, I organised a Christmas sale in London for my clients in the style of a Parisian Couture Salon. Ladies and gents watched elegant models wearing my silk lingerie and nightwear designs so they could decide which luxury pieces to purchase as Christmas Gifts. I designed some beautiful French Chantilly lace eyemasks especially for the show to add a touch of mystery to the evening! You can see the models wearing the Ravissante and Charmante Bodysuits, the Envoutante and Raffinee Ruby Slips as well as the Mysterieuse Teddy.

The event was a huge success and I couldn’t have done it without my amazing friends who are always ready to help my small business. So a big thank you to Anne-Celine, David, Lara, Lin and Thuy-An.

I met my dear friend Libertin Louison in Paris recently and we thought it would be a great idea to work together on an exciting new project. I first been introduced to Libertin Louison about ten years ago, he was at the time designing Haute Couture womenswear collections. He’s now the talented perfumer of Technique Indiscrete. His scents are unique and wonderful and I am very excited to work with him on a new fragrance for my brand. The perfume will be used to create delicious Boudoir candles, they will suit the mood of my luxury lingerie & loungewear collections. We are still working on the opening scents but they will be both feminine and sensual.

Our Delice Chantilly lace knickers have been selling so fast since they have been featured in Playboy! They are so chic and sexy. We had a photoshoot last week to shoot our beautiful silk and lace pieces flat. The result is amazing, you can really see the delicate design of the French lace and the superb quality of the silk. Beauty & Brains

Apart from her beauty, what struck me about the model of my latest collection, Xenia Tchoumitcheva, is that she came to the photoshoot with a copy of the Wall Street Journal. Even my make-up artist was stunned. I hear she’s now interning at JPMorgan for the summer and has successfully passed her FSA. This reminds me of a time when I used to work for Goldman Sachs. Now I design luxury Lingerie & Loungewear for strong and bright women like Xenia who are not afraid of being feminine and career-focused. To me, this is much more rewarding!
