We offer Free UK Delivery. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail “Recorded Signed For” (a signature is required upon receipt).
International orders are sent via Royal Mail “Airsure” or “International Signed For” (a signature is required upon receipt). Please go to your shopping bag to estimate delivery costs.
Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We aim to ship the next working day following the receipt of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). You will be able to track your order by using the tracking number supplied on your order confirmation by visiting http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or require a different size, we will happily offer a refund or an exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging. Lingerie must be tried on over your own lingerie; you must not remove any labels or protective strips. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept return of lingerie or nightwear that has been worn or soiled. Please note that as we do not accept any liability for items that are lost in transit; we highly recommend that any parcels returned to us are sent via registered post and that you retain your receipt until you have received your refund.

- You can view our products by selecting Lingerie or Nightwear from the navigation menu. Click on the product you would like to order, select size and/or colour and click the Add to Bag button. The product is now placed in your shopping bag. You can either continue shopping, view your shopping bag by clicking the My Bag button or checkout by clicking the checkout button (top right area of your screen). Please note: Items in your shopping bag will not be reserved until the checkout process has been completed. Once at checkout, please follow the simple instructions to complete the checkout process. You will be given the option to register as a customer or you can also checkout as a guest.
At checkout, you will be able to enter a personalised Gift Message. We will handwrite your message inside a beautiful Myriam Girard card. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept credit cards and debit card payments via PayPal, a leading payment service provider (PSP), which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You can choose to pay with your Paypal account or if you do not have an account, you can pay with the debit/credit card of your choice.
Prices on this website are stated in GBP, EUR or USD. Prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) but exclusive of shipping charges (whenever applicable). Myriam Girard, trading as House of Girard Ltd, is VAT registered under the number GB977536465. VAT will be charged to UK and European Union customers only, all other countries will not pay the tax, currently set at 20%.
To reward our loyal customers, we may from time to time email them promotional/voucher codes. These codes are available for your sole use and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. These codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. - Viewing Orders
