If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or require a different size, we will happily refund or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receipt (excluding shipping costs). 

Items must be returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging. Lingerie/Swimwear must be tried on over you own lingerie; you must not remove any labels or protective strips. For hygiene reasons, we can not accept return of Lingerie/Swimwear that has been worn or soiled. 

Please note that as we do not accept any liability for items that are lost in transit; we highly recommend that any parcels returned to us are sent via registered post and that you retain your receipt until you have received your refund.
