Premium return and exchange policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or require a different size, we will happily refund or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receipt (excluding shipping costs). 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Knickers must be tried on over you own lingerie. For hygiene reasons, we can not accept return of lingerie that has been worn or soiled. 

Please note that as we do not accept any liability for items that are lost in transit; we highly recommend that any parcels returned to us are sent via registered post and that you retain your receipt until you have received your refund.
